Leaving for Peru

September 7, 1965
First Line

Description
Letter from 13 year old kid that has pimples - Shep plays chant for removing them.

John Lindsey is supercalifragilisticexpialidocious - He has lost my vote!

Heading for Lima, Peru tomorrow night at this time. Taking off from Kennedy airport and would to have at least 3 people standing there with signs that say "Shepherd if you do anything, bring your crummy head back" Forget the piranha, watch out for the amoeba in the salad.

Shep discusses things he's read and heard about Peru and why he wants to go there.
