Flick's Tongue
On Saturday January 27th, 1968 Shep inroduced his audience to the story of Flick's tongue getting stuck to an iron telephone pole which was a sub-plot in the movie "A Christmas Story" where it was a Flag pole. Although the movie was based on the book "In God We Trust All Others Pay Cash" this storyline was not part of the book and it appears that this show was the introduction for this story.
