Show Description
Shep describes the events of the day as he prepared to take off in a helicopter borrowed from a Philadelphia radio station to cover the parade. Shep was going to film the event and do commentary from the air. As they were about to take off, word came through that an American Airlines plane had crashed. They headed to the crash site and Shep tells of his experiences and feelings while covering the event and his feelings afterward.
