Tels story of a friend who sends away for a kit to convert a volkswagon into a sports car. He keeps getting letters saying due to production problems the cost had to go up but because you are a current customer you get a reduced price. This goes on again and again and he's still waiting.
Shep was 7 when he got 'taken' to learn how to play the piano.
His friend Stanly get offered Euopean tour by his 'special credit card'
