This was the 9th annual conference of the IRTS wit a topic of "Broadcasting in the 70's: Media in Transition" It was a 3 day event held at the Hotel Commodore in New York City. Shep did the closing statements from 2:30pm to 3:00pm in the Grand Ballroom
