  "Elegance is elegance." A plan for a "national cabal of DJ's." Shep plays the kazoo along with a record of, "Oh, Susannha." He editorializes on, "How To Taste A Pickle" and extols the virtues of pickles. The program is interrupted for a news bulletin: Policeman Garcia has just died of his wounds. He was shot while chaising a burglar.
